Ahmed Taweel, trading as Klarschritt ("we", "us") operates ShouldaSaid. This explains what we collect, why, and who else sees it.

We don't sell your data, and we don't run advertising or advertising trackers on the Service.
We use your browser's localStorage (not cookies) to remember your anonymous device ID and your theme, language, and gameplay preferences (such as difficulty and practice mode). Supabase Auth may use its own storage to keep you logged in. Our analytics provider, Umami, is cookieless and does not store any identifier on your device.
We keep your profile and ballot history for as long as your account or anonymous profile is
active. Email [email protected] to request deletion — a parent, guardian, or teacher
can also request deletion of a student's classroom data on that student's behalf. We delete data
within a reasonable time of a verified request.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at [email protected]. If you're
in the EU/UK or California, this includes rights under GDPR/CCPA respectively.
The Service isn't directed at children under 13 for independent, unsupervised use. Students under 13 may use classroom mode only under a teacher's supervision as part of a school activity; the teacher is responsible for any consent required by their school or jurisdiction. We collect only a student's first name and last initial in classroom mode — never a student email address.
Ballots, scores, and feedback are generated by an AI model and may be inaccurate or inconsistent. They're provided for practice purposes only and are not a certified assessment.
Our service providers (Supabase, Anthropic, DigitalOcean, Resend, Sentry, Umami) may process data outside your country of residence.
We may update this policy; the "Effective" date above reflects the latest version.
